HOW THE GAME WORKS
We allocate you to a random syndicate once your first direct debit is successful.
Depending on the package you have signed up too, you will either be in a syndicate consisting of 150 members with each syndicate allocated 300 lines per month at £39.00 or you will be in a syndicate with 100 members where each syndicate will have 200 lines per month at £19.50.
All tickets are purchased by Superlottos and allocated to the syndicates, which we manage through our software.
HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE
All syndicate wins are equally divided by either 150 or 100 members depending on your chosen syndicate package, if each Syndicate Member wins £10.00 or more you must request your wins through your online account under the description titled “Balance”. Once you have placed a request and your request is successful we will pay out your wins into your personal bank account within 2 working days.
If the amount is less than £10.00, it is the kept into your syndicate account and carried over to the next month of play.
The 100% winners guarantee simply means, if you don’t win anything in a calendar month, you will be refunded for that specific month after your 3 month play period is concluded.
After each draw, you will receive automated email correspondence informing you of any winnings that your syndicate has made.

Click on the “Member Login” tab, once on that page you will see text reading “Forgot Your Password?” just below the login button. To reset your password simply click on the “Forgot your Password?” text, enter your email address and you will receive an email with the steps required to reset your password.
Step 1 – After Receiving Email from SuperLottos
Click on the 1st hyperlink (The first link, which is blue and underlined).
Step 2 – After Clicking the Hyperlink
You will now be diverted to the SuperLottos website’s Membership tab. Please enter a password of your choosing, and then click on the “Login” tab.
Please note: Your username will be the email address that received the link.
After you have followed these 2, easy steps to set up a password you can start viewing your Syndicate Membership Account from any supporting PC, smartphone, or handheld device.
Please note: When trying to access your account after setting up your password, the initial hyperlink becomes unavailable. You will then be required to visit our login page to gain access to your online account.

All syndicate wins are subjected to a minimum pay-out of £10 and more, if the amount is less than £10 per player then it will accrue online and carry over to the next month of play till you have reached £10.
To receive your wins, you must request your wins through your online account under the description titled “Balance”
Once you have placed a request and your request is successful we will pay out your wins into your personal bank account within two working days.
We will notify you of the syndicate wins on free tickets after the Friday nights draw via email.
All wins accrued will be paid out after your three month play period is concluded.
Please note, if you end your membership prematurely all wins accrued will not be paid out.
